By completing a purchase, you agree to the following terms.


1. Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • In its original packaging

  • With all attachments and accessories included

  • In the same condition as received

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Products that show signs of use, damage, or missing components may not be eligible for return.

For hygiene reasons, used hair styling tools and attachments cannot be returned.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or tested styling tools

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Promotional or clearance items


3. Damaged or Defective Items on Arrival

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, we require:

  • Clear photos

  • A short video clearly showing the issue

  • Your order number

All claims are subject to inspection and approval to ensure fair and accurate resolution.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only

  • Processing time is typically 7–10 business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless a confirmed manufacturing defect is identified.


5. Exchanges

We offer replacements for items confirmed to have manufacturing defects after inspection.

We are unable to offer exchanges for preference changes or change of mind after purchase.


6. 1-Year Limited Warranty

Your product includes a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, providing you with confidence and support in the event of a manufacturing defect.

This warranty covers internal technical faults resulting from normal household use.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental drops or impact damage

  • Exposure to water or liquids

  • Incorrect voltage use or power surges

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Normal wear and tear over time

All warranty claims are reviewed carefully to ensure a fair and transparent resolution.
